I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and always willing to help. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, with room service every day and clean towels changed regularly. The location was perfect, as it was in walking distance from everything, including the major sites and a variety of restaurants in the Fatih area. The hotel also had easy access to transportation, with the metro station only 400m away.
For us, it was ideal.

Simple and easy accommodation, helpful staff, clean facilities, delicious breakfast with variety, rooftop terrace with free coffee/tea, convenient location near shops and sights.

The hotel is located in an interesting area, in the old part of the city, on a very steep hill. It is close to the Hippodrome, where all major tourist sights are located. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful. The buffet breakfast is satisfactory, and there are small street cafes nearby that offer excellent value for money. The location of the hotel is its main advantage.
The wake-up service failed, causing some trouble for guests trying to catch their flights.

Convenient location, near metro, restaurants, shops, and beach. Supermarkets, mosque, and grocery shops nearby. Good breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff offering Bosphorus trips, transportation, and plans. Early check-in allowed with warm welcome from Nezir, an excellent manager.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the central location in the heart of Istanbul. It was great to be within walking distance of all the historical monuments in Sultan Ahmet. The hotel provided basic amenities such as air conditioning and clean rooms, and I particularly loved the balcony with a sea view. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the buffet breakfast had a large selection to cater to all tastes.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.
